Annual boiler servicing
An annual boiler service is the single most effective way to extend the life of your boiler, maintain your manufacturer warranty, and keep your energy bills down. During a service we clean the heat exchanger and burner, check all seals and connections, test the flue for carbon monoxide, and provide a full written report.
If you're a landlord, we also issue CP12 Gas Safety Certificates as required by law for all rental properties in England and Wales.
