What we treat as an emergency
- Burst or split pipes — especially if water is spreading through walls or floors

- Loss of water supply — failed stopcock or mains pressure issue

How our emergency call-out works
Step 1 — Call us
Dial 0161 123 4567. You'll speak to a real person, not an automated system. Tell us your address and what's happening and we'll locate the nearest available engineer.
Step 2 — Engineer dispatched
We aim to have an engineer at your door within 60 minutes. You'll receive a call from the engineer when they're on their way so you know exactly when to expect them.
Step 3 — Problem assessed and fixed
Our vans are stocked with the most common parts — pipe fittings, joints, stopcocks, pressure vessels — so we can fix most emergency problems on the first visit. We'll give you a fixed price before we start any work.
Pricing
We believe in transparent pricing. There are no hidden fees — you'll know the full cost before we start. Emergency call-out rates are as follows:
- Weekdays 7am–8pm: no call-out fee, labour charged at standard rate
- Evenings, weekends & bank holidays: flat £49 call-out fee + labour
- All parts charged at cost — we don't mark up parts
